Leading change is complex, thoughtful, fun work! Traditional change management education equips you with a lot of useful tools and concepts, but most of us find those insufficient when we want to design sustainable, transformative change for our organizations

You need to bring organizational and emotional intelligence, collaboration and curiosity to every aspect of your work as a change leader. How do you do that?

Some of it is practice, of course – but you can also work with me. I’ve been leading and coaching change leaders at all levels for years. My colleagues and clients have taught me as much as I’ve taught them, and I can share that 1:1. I’ll help you assess your organization’s capacity for change and unique strengths, design an agile plan for change that will take advantage of those strengths, find and collaborate with your key allies, understand and improve based on people’s response to change, measure and sustain results… in other words – create change that sticks.
